Saluda Shoals Park
This musical version of the classic folktale shares the story of feared strangers who inspire a whole community through the use of one little stone. When weary foreigners arrive in the village square, fear and suspicion reign. But as the outsiders start to make soup out of a stone, each of the locals is prompted to contribute to the ever-growing, communal meal. This ageless story serves up a poignant reminder that community is built one ingredient at a time.
