Thank you to the Mungo Homes Foundation for spending part of their Week of Service supporting the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission’s Therapeutic Recreation spaces. Last week, their volunteers deep cleaned the Therapeutic Recreation youth space, sorted and organized CAST props and costumes, and painted the Palmetto Enrichment Program (PEP) activity room. Slip, Slide, & Splash – An Inflatable Waterslide Event 💦 📅 Saturday, June 13 | 10 AM–2 PM Get ready for a fun-filled day this summer featuring a variety of inflatable water slides, a splash pad, and delicious food trucks for the whole family to enjoy! Board Member Spotlight: Meet Alex Salmon, a dedicated board member of the Saluda Shoals Foundation since 2023. Alex is the Owner/Operator of Salmon Photo and Video where he uses video and photography to help businesses tell their stories. Alex and his wife, Blair, have been married for 19 years and have two amazing sons. As a family, they love exploring our great state, towing their camper along the way.
