The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission may sometimes solicit vendors for projects and services through Request for Proposals (RFP) or a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Vendors may submit their proposal and or qualifications by a defined time or deadline during this procurement process. RFPs and RFQs are opened in the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission administrative offices at the designated time and date set forth in the solicitation. During openings, vendors and the public may attend.
