Can you spare a few hours for Saluda Shoals Park? Join our group of dedicated and passionate volunteers that make a positive impact in our park. Each volunteer will be provided with the necessary training and participate in activities that can include:
- Special Events
- Photographing the park
- Monitoring Bluebird Box Trail
- Park Clean Up
- Park Trail Maintenance
- Gardening
- Nature Interpreter Program
- Building Projects
Volunteer opportunities at the parks are subject to the following guidelines: If the volunteer is under age 16, a parent or guardian must be present during the hours of volunteer service. Anyone 16 years of age or older can serve the hours unattended. All minor volunteers must provide an introductory letter from their school, teacher or case worker which includes:
- Number of hours to be served
- Time limit in which the hours need to be served.
