Why should my group do team building?
Get your employees out of the office, break down political and personal barriers, eliminate distractions, and most of all, have some FUN!
Development and leadership concepts are taught through a series of action-based learning activities. Each challenge draws on the knowledge of every person on the team and requires group participation and cooperation for success.
After each challenge is complete, experienced facilitators lead discussions exploring ways to become a more effective team. Real Team activities can also be customized to meet the needs of your organization.

Challenge Course
The Challenge Course is a series of difficult but achievable mental and physical activities on a low ropes course designed to improve the performance of your group. Low ropes activities foster team development through problem solving, imagination, and critical thinking. Course elements are located in the forest and can include but are not limited to walking on cables, poles, and platforms no more than two feet off the ground, and/or lifting or falling short distances into the group. Each group will get a facilitator for the length of the program to keep participants safe and debrief each activity. The Challenge Course program is designed to last three hours but can be modified and prorated.
Minimum – 12 participants
Cost: $25/adult OR $15/student
Initiatives
Initiatives are designed for a group to do an activity that develops team building and touches on how to effectively work as a team. They are often a fun, physically inclusive activity that encourages outside the box thinking and creative problem solving.
Initiatives are portable and could be conducted indoors to avoid nasty weather or stay in the air conditioning; they could also be conducted outside to go out, stretch, and get some sunlight. Initiatives are a great way to break up a business meeting or get conversations rolling. Each initiative takes about 20 minutes.
Minimum – 10 participants
Cost: $5 per person (one hour program)
